FLINTSTONES BUILDING AND GARDEN SUPPLIES RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to premixed concrete, building supplies, and landscaping products.
“Flintstones” and “the Company” herein refer to Flintstones Building and Garden Supplies and/or its associated entities.
Interpretation and definitions are detailed in Flintstones’ General Terms and Conditions of Sale, available on request at any time. This Return and Refund Policy applies in conjunction with those General Terms to the sale and supply of all products.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Eligibility for Returns (Change of Mind)
• Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 7 days of purchase and will be assessed and accepted at Flintstones’ discretion on a case-by-case basis.
• Goods must be:
– In original condition and unused
– In original packaging, where applicable
– Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or delivery docket)
• Restocking or handling fees may apply for certain returns.
2. Non-Returnable or Restricted Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
• Raw materials (e.g. sand, gravel, soil, cement, aggregates)
• Ready-mix concrete
• Products cut to size
• Blended products
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
• Faulty or damaged goods will be assessed and resolved in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
• Customers are requested to notify Flintstones of damaged or faulty goods within 24 hours.
• Where verified, Flintstones will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Returns Process
• To initiate a return, the customer should contact Flintstones (in-store, by phone, or by email) with their order details and reason for return.
• If approved, goods must be returned to the original place of purchase or a Flintstones depot, usually at the customer’s cost unless otherwise arranged.
• Returned goods are inspected upon arrival to confirm eligibility for a refund, exchange, or credit.
5. Refunds
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• For cash purchases, refunds will be issued in cash to the original purchaser.
• Shipping or delivery fees, including re-delivery or collection charges, are non-refundable.
